Our Kaluga Classic Caviar is derived from the Kaluga hybrid sturgeon and is characterized by its generous roe size, measuring at least 3.0mm in diameter. The pearls feature a rich color palette ranging from deep black to brownish-gray. On the palate, this caviar offers a smooth, buttery flavor profile with a low salt content of just 3.3% per 100g.

While the Kaluga Classic is highly regarded for its quality, it is more widely available than the exclusive Kaluga Reserve, which is prized for its rare, lighter coloration and is significantly more difficult to source.
